Return Policy for Standard (Non-Personalized) Items We gladly accept returns for our standard, unprinted products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return Policy for Personalized Items (Final Sale) Because your customized aprons are uniquely handcrafted and printed specifically with your logo or text, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products. All customized sales are final.
Defective or Incorrect Orders Your satisfaction is our priority! If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a printing error on our part, please contact us at hi@hhopes.co within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly take full responsibility and send a free replacement immediately.
